Sunrise Ranch 55+ Community

We are excited that we are working on a new construction project called Sunrise Ranch. Sunrise Ranch is a master-planned community development in beautiful Mapleton, Utah. Our building partner, Bird Homes, will be building villas and cottages for active adults 55+.  

There will be seven floor plans to choose from which will offer spacious living areas and master suites. Each home includes 1 or 2 bedrooms, an over-sized two-car garage, and luxurious finishes. The homes will have full basements for storage and guests. Many of the homes will feature large patios or courtyards. Located just a few minutes away from Maple Mountain, this community will offer beautiful views!

We are able to take reservations on homesites now so let us know if you have any interest. We currently only have 60 homesites and anticipate that they will sell fast. Prices will be in the mid to upper 500s for the villas (which are attached units). The cottages, which are detached single family homes, will be in the mid 600s.
