St. George Parade of Homes
The St George Parade of Homes starts today and runs through the 21st of February. There are 29 beautifully decorated homes located in Washington County. The hours are from 10 am to 7 pm daily, and will close at 5 pm on February 21st. This year the sponsors are Southern Utah Home Builders Association and Zion’s Bank.
My recommendation is to plan out your route of the homes that you would like to see. Be sure to wear socks and comfortable shoes to slip off to tour the homes. There are shoe protectors available as well. Masks are required and please follow COVID-19 CDC guidelines.
There are a couple of ways to get your tickets. This is the link to order your tickets online. https://paradehomes.com/web/. The Red Cliffs Mall and Lin’s Market also will be selling tickets for $16. They do not sell tickets at the homes. Tickets are $17 and will allow you to enter each home once. If you purchase your tickets online you will get an email with a QR code that you can save to your photos on your phone.
The other option if you would to view the amazing homes is to buy a ticket and take a virtual tour with the purchase of a ticket. This is a great way to get decorating tips, compare different builders, contractors, landscaping and home styles. There are some of the most unique pools with great patios for entertaining or just enjoying the time for yourself.
I have been working with several clients that live in Salt Lake and Utah counties and want a second home. Washington County is the fastest growing county in Utah. If you have ever visited the St George area you will be captivated by the beautiful red rock scenery and wide variety of activities available in town and a short drive.
