Like much of the state of Utah, Park City real estate exploded in 2020, despite challenges faced due to Covid-19. Restrictions are a lot looser in Utah and becoming more so as numbers go down, mask wearing goes up and vaccines are rolled out. Single family homes in Park City proper increased 12.6% to an average of $2,939,085. Condos in Park City proper increased 27.6% up to $1,383,989! These numbers are simply incredible. 

Park City’s sold dollar volume in 2020 was $2,966,078,437 up $1.1B from 2019!! The volume is expected to go down in 2021 due to supply- not demand.
