Sunrise Ranch in Mapleton Utah
Sunrise Ranch is a new master-planned development located in Mapleton, Utah. This is going to be an active community with over 20 acres of parks, open space & walking trails. The surrounding mountains make for a beautiful backdrop and the area is close to many recreational opportunities. It still maintains a small town feel while being close to larger cities like Spanish Fork, Provo/Orem and 45 min south of Salt Lake City.
There are several builders in the area as well as options to choose your own builder. There will be single family homes, cottages, townhomes, and a 55 and older community, which will be built by our construction partner Bird Homes. We will be releasing homesites soon. Prices for the 55+ community will begin in the mid $500s.
