Tour of New Spanish Fork Hospital
Intermountain Healthcare’s newest hospital in Spanish Fork, Utah is opening on April 5th and I was able to have a private tour of the facilities. My husband, Brad, works in facilities management as an electrician. He was able to show me around the whole hospital before it is officially cleaned and sanitized and nonessential visitors are restricted. We walked through the operating rooms, chatted with lab workers in the lab, saw the ovens they use to sterilize instruments, and so many other cool things.
The hospital will be having a virtual ribbon cutting on Wednesday, March 17 at 12:30 p.m. You can get the link to the live event {here}. The hospital will be officially opened for business on April 5th.
