Tracy Padgett
Tracy has been in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, on both the mortgage and Realtor sides. Prior to that she worked with the Mapleton City Planning Commission. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in City Planning & Resource Management.
As a member of both the Park City Board of Realtors, Washington County Board of Realtors and the Utah Central Association of Realtors, Tracy has knowledge about many markets in Utah.
Tracy was the top Sales Agent at Sky Realty Company from 2017-2020. She was the top sales agent at Equity Real Estate in 2016 and in the top 10 the previous 5 years.
Tracy loves the real estate business and her passion is helping people find the perfect home and guiding them through the sometimes difficult and stressful process.
Tracy enjoys spending time in Park City riding her scooter or wave runners at Jordenelle, spending time with her family (grandkids!), traveling, playing tennis and golf.
Continuing education is important to her success. She has the following designations:
Certified New Home Sales Professional, REALTOR e-PRO, Green, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Resort and Second Home Markets, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource.
Jennifer Jensen
Jennifer’s passion for real estate began when she purchased her first property, just shy of her 20th birthday. In college she took real estate courses which added to her interest. Jennifer’s aunt represented her in the transaction and found it so beneficial to have someone working for her and guiding her through the complex process.
She graduated from Utah Valley University with a Bachelors in Legal Studies. Later she was a legal assistant and assisted with property management with a law firm in American Fork, Utah for 10 years.
In 2005 she became a licensed REALTOR® in 2005 and is currently affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Elite Real Estate. She has worked in various roles in the real estate industry including new construction sales, buyer’s agent, listing agent, transaction coordinator to one of the top REO (“bank owned”) listing brokers in the state of Utah, and property management. She works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges.
Jennifer currently lives in Springville with a house full of boys. Reading, interior design, traveling the world and going to the beach are some of her passions.
